At Tom’s Tees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Here’s everything you need to know:
General Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Please Note: Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are only eligible for a refund or exchange if they are faulty.
How to Return an Item

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@tomstees.co.uk to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the return form that was provided with your order, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Tom’s Tees is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this on your return form. We will ship the replacement item once we have received and processed your return. If the item you want is not in stock, we will issue a full refund.
Wrong Sizes
If you received an item in the wrong size or ordered a size that doesn't fit, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange for the correct size.
Steps to Return or Exchange for Wrong Sizes:

Prepare Your Return: Follow the general return instructions and ensure to mark the return form indicating that it is a wrong size return and specify the size you need for the exchange.

Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the correct size to you at no additional shipping cost. If the correct size is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Please Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is not available, we will contact you to offer alternative options or a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@tomstees.co.uk. We will arrange for a return and provide a prepaid return label. You can choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.
